Casa Juan del Barrio has 2 beach cottages with 4 identical rooms on the beach.

The Villa, which is also beachfront, has 2 rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the infinity pool and 3 units on the upper floor: a room, a studio, and a two-bedroom apartment.

All rooms are spacious with private terrace, en-suite toilet and bathroom and equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, comfortable beds, fridge, a smart TV connected to the internet, working space and reliable internet (Starlink) using mesh-wifi. The internet is stable in all rooms. The photovoltaic system with batteries all but eliminates power outages to a minimum. Browse your favorite Youtube channels and NetFlix movies.
The guesthouse has a live-in care taker, Ricky, ready to assist guests to ensure their convenience. He can facilitate island tourism information, information for shopping needs, eating out, and others.
Our staff ensure that the rooms are clean upon check in and will also take care of cleaning after check out. We dont charge extra cleaning fees. We therefore expect guests to tidy up their rooms, but they can request cleaning up every few days.
I am not living in the area, but I visit the guesthouse occasionally. When I'm there, I will be delighted to chat with the guests.
In the common kitchen space you can cook your own home made meals. We also installed a pressure tank and pump to improve the shower experience
We love playing games. Try the pool table, dart, and petanque court.
